We strive for customer satisfaction and hope all customers love their products, but just in case you wish to return your product, please contact us at 856-477-1367 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We accept returns of unused items in their original condition within 15 days of delivery.
To complete your return, the item must be unused in the same condition it was when received. It must also be in the original packaging with receipt it was delivered with. A return form will be sent to you by mail or via email.
Once your order is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we received the returned item. If the item is in good condition once inspected your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment.
If you still haven’t received your refund yet, it may take a few days before refund to officially post in its original payment method. Most times there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
Damaged and Defective Products
If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us by phone at 856-477-1367 or via email at email@example.com. Please submit photos of damaged or defective packages, as well as the product. If everything checks out, you can make an exchange or get a refund on your item.
